    This course provides a foundational knowledge base reflecting the most up–to-date project management information so learners can effectively put principles to work in their own organizations. This course will present the traditional foundations of project management and introduce individuals to the world of real life project problems. Upon completion of this course, individuals will understand the basic concepts and critical factors of initiating, planning, organizing, controlling, and running a project. They will be able to develop a project plan, build a project team, and adapt their project management style to the unique project characteristics.
