Candace L. Gray is a project manager for the failure analysis team at ASML. In this role she is responsible for developing project plans in support of customers’ needs, providing leadership, managing stakeholders, and defining deliverables and estimate completion times to drive execution. Candace has a BS in mechanical engineering and an MA in organizational leadership.

She has over 19 years’ experience as an engineer and leader. Candace actively volunteers to help increase youth interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), and serves on the executive boards of the San Diego Society of Women Engineers (SWE)and National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) professional chapters and Community Business Incubator (CBI).
