Mr. Walters a highly sought after speaker and consultant of Information technology for micro and small businesses throughout San Diego county, and a business partner of several top tier mission critical solution providers.

Among his many industry and community involvements, Mr. Walters is the founding member and past president of the Diamond Business Association a community Business Improvement District of San Diego, that represents more than 400 local businesses. He was also the co-founder of 100 Strong a community advocate organization. Additionally, Stephen is the founder and Chairman of (CBI) Community business Incubator a not-for-profit business development corporation.

Prior to starting, PCS World Network, Stephen was a partner in a successful downtown restaurant the B Street Cafe, where he managed the firm’s Business activities. His experience included marketing, employee acquisitions, technology implementation and licensing, helped to make the venture a great success.

Simultaneously, Stephen owned and operated Four Star Limousine Service a successful 9 vehicle livery, serving customers throughout San Diego County.
